Schwartz
Mr. Schwartz is a trial attorney,
representing plaintiffs and defendants in commercial
litigation, professional malpractice, employment, and
civil rights matters. Mr. Schwartz has litigated matters
in federal and state trial courts and has argued numerous
appeals in federal and state court.
Mr. Schwartz earned a B.A.
from Brown University in 1993. He received his J.D.
from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California,
Berkeley in 1999 where he served as the editor in chief
of the Ecology Law Quarterly. After graduating from
law school, Mr. Schwartz worked at the Scott Law Firm
in San Francisco, California, representing plaintiffs
in civil rights and employment discrimination matters.
He joined McNaul Ebel in 2004. Mr. Schwartz is admitted
to the bar in California and Washington.
