Alice Wei

Alice Wei practices in the Real Estate & Capital Markets group at McNaul Ebel. Her real estate practice focuses on the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, management, and leasing of wide range of commercial real estate projects throughout many major markets across the United States.

Alice represents a broad range of clients, including real estate investment funds, property owners, landlords and tenants and other businesses in the office, multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and hotel sectors. Alice has extensive experience representing institutional lenders and commercial borrowers in connection with secured loan transactions and purchasers and sellers in connection with the purchase and sale of commercial real estate valued up to $800 million. Alice also has experience representing owners and developers in connection with the development and construction of commercial real estate projects in major US markets. Alice works closely with the deal team to shepherd deals from due diligence to completion, tracking every aspect of the transaction, resolving title issues, and drafting and negotiating all key documents.

Prior to joining McNaul Ebel, Alice practiced in Atlanta, Georgia, where she represented lending institutions and borrowers in real estate and asset based financing transactions. Alice is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
