Eli Sulkin is a Business Transactions attorney with experience serving a diverse range of clients, from startups to established companies. He assists clients in all aspects of business, including formation, early stage venture financing, trademark matters, and buy-side and sell-side acquisitions and sales.
Eli has worked with companies in a variety of industries, ranging from medical startups to blockchain startups.
Eli’s educational background reflects his commitment to understanding the intricacies of his clients’ businesses. He earned his J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from American University, equipping him with a deep understanding of both legal principles and business strategies. Seeking to further enhance his business expertise, Eli pursued an LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law.
Prior to joining McNaul Ebel, Eli practiced law with a respected Seattle commercial law firm. During law school, Eli served as the Note and Comment Editor of the American University Business Law Review and was a student attorney in the Intellectual Property Law Clinic and Vice President of the Blockchain & Cryptocurrency Law Society.
Eli was born and raised in Seattle and currently lives in Seattle’s Leschi neighborhood. Eli is an avid sports fan, particularly Kraken, Mariners, and Seahawks. In his spare time, Eli has been blogging about collecting and investing in baseball cards.
