Noah A. Childrey

Noah Childrey is an attorney in the Litigation & Trial Group. His practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation in both state and federal court. He has experience representing clients across a range of industries, guiding them through high-stakes disputes concerning claims of business and shareholder misconduct, contract violations, fraud, employment discrimination and retaliation, and professional malpractice.

Before joining the firm, Noah worked at King & Spalding in Chicago. There, he assisted clients with corporate investigations and civil litigation involving issues such as money laundering, mass shootings, and congressional inquiries. Noah also previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Danny J. Boggs of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, where he gained valuable insight into judicial decision making and appellate advocacy. Noah leverages this diverse experience to provide strategic, results-driven counseling for his clients, no matter what dilemma they are facing.

Noah earned his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and his B.A. from Columbia University. Between law school and college, he worked as a paralegal specialist at one of the criminal enforcement sections of the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division.
